The base engine Rastullahs Lockenpracht is written in C++. For our scripting system we use Ruby-scripts and an embedded ruby interpreter which has full access to our C++ api. For storing adventures, quests, dialogues and NPC templates we use our own, handcrafted XML-Formats.
We develop simultaneous under Windows and Linux with Visual Studio 2005 respectively Automake/Autoconf.

Because of the great complexity of our planned software (a simple, reusable game format, implementing the TDE4 rules, a interactive world model...) the completion of Rastullahs Lockenpracht can only be done with a great Team behind it. The greater part of the software engineers at Pantheon are Diplom computer scientists.
The current state of development can be read out of the version numbering of our released versions - relative to 1.0, which resembles a complete and „polished“, allthough extensible product.
The source code and all script files of Rastullahs Lockenpracht are released under a Artistic License. All models, textures, music pieces and similiar are owned by the respective artists and only licensed for usage with Rastullahs Lockenpracht, further oder commercial utilization has to be arranged wirh the creator.
